F. Zeenath Zeath 

Zeenath Zeath is the principal and founder of the Law Office of Zeenath Zeath (established in 2007) and a member of the Consent and Capacity Board since 2018. She is a member of the Law Society of Upper Canada and is licenced to practice law in Ontario, Canada.

Zeenath obtained her law degree from Osgoode Hall Law School at York University in Toronto. Zeenath has an Honours Bachelor of Science with High Distinction from the University of Toronto where she specialized in Molecular Biology and Genetics.

Zeenath’s current practice focuses on Family Law, including custody and access issues, domestic violence, and child protection law. Ms. Zeath also serves clients in the areas of Corporate/Commercial Law, Immigration, Real Estate, and Wills & Estates. To learn more, please see “Practice Areas”.

Consultation


A consultation is an opportunity to meet with Ms. Zeath to review your legal issues and obtain an understanding of possible legal strategies on your matter. A one-hour consultation at Zeath Law costs $250.00 plus HST. Should you decide to retain Zeath Law at the end of the consultation, the $250.00 consultation fee will be credited to your future legal services account.

Clients on Legal Aid are not required to pay the consultation fee; however, they must attend the consultation with a valid Legal Aid certificate. To apply for a Legal Aid certificate please visit the Legal Aid Ontario website.
